La Casa del Fútbol is a fan community in Singapore. This page explains, in plain words, what we collect when you use this site and what we do with it. It is written to follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What we collect
- When you join: your name, email address, the club you support, and your consent to receive our messages.
- When you count yourself in for a match: your name, email and the fixture you chose.
- Preferences on your device: your language choice, whether you have seen the intro, and which fixtures you already voted for. These live in your browser (localStorage) and never leave it.
What we use it for
- To send you the link to our WhatsApp community and one reminder before each night we open.
- To count interest in a fixture and decide which nights to open.
- Nothing else. We do not sell or rent your details, and we do not send advertising on behalf of third parties.
Who handles it
- Form submissions (joining La Casa, asking for a game) are stored in a database we run on Supabase (Supabase Inc.). Only the organiser can read them. See Supabase's privacy policy.
- Table reservations happen on WhatsApp directly with Drinks & Co, the venue. What you send there is between you and Drinks & Co.
- Tickets for specific nights, when we sell them, are handled by Eventbrite under Eventbrite's terms and privacy policy.
- Hosting is Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process your IP address to serve the site and protect it from abuse.
- Club crests are loaded from ESPN's image servers and fonts from Google Fonts; those providers receive the request for the file, including your IP address.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to remove you, or until La Casa del Fútbol stops running. Every message we send has a way to unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to lacasadelfutbolsingapore@gmail.com and we will do it within a reasonable time. You can also leave the WhatsApp community at any moment from WhatsApp itself.
Cookies
